Pacific Health Return Policy

It is your responsibility when ordering to ensure the goods ordered conform to your requirements and are suitable and sufficient for your purpose.

Pacific Health & Fitness Ltd will not accept the return of goods for credit or any other purpose subject to the following:

• Upon delivery of goods you will need to inspect the goods and give written notice to Pacific Health & Fitness Ltd within five (5) days of delivery, or in the case of non-delivery, within ten (10) days after the order was placed, of non-conformity to description or the terms and conditions of this order. Failure to give such notice shall constitute your acceptance of the goods.
• Pacific Health will not accept the return of goods if they have been tampered with by you or any other person or if they are goods expressly sold on a non-return basis.
